レッスン日から起算して以下のキャンセル料が発生します。 ・ご予約3日前：レッスン代金の25％ ・ご予約2日前：レッスン代金の50％ ・ご予約前日：レッスン代金の75％ ・ご予約当日：レッスン代金の100％ ただし、悪天候による双方申し合わせの上でのキャンセルは当日または直前2時間前まで、キャンセル料金は発生しません。 無断キャンセルの場合は、いかなる理由でもレッスン代金の100％をご請求いたしますので、予めご了承下さい。 キャンセルをされる際のお願い 当スクールでは、ご予約を頂いた時点で日程の確保を始めております。そのため、体調不良、緊急時などやむを得ない事情以外でのキャンセルはご遠慮くださいますようお願いいたします。 また、日によっては、キャンセル待ちの方もいらっしゃいます。ご都合が悪くなったた場合はお気軽に、お早めのご連絡をお願いできれば幸いです。 Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, calculated from the lesson date: ・3 days prior to the reservation: 25% of the lesson fee ・2 days prior to the reservation: 50% of the lesson fee ・The day before the reservation: 75% of the lesson fee ・On the day of the reservation: 100% of the lesson fee However, no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations mutually agreed upon due to inclement weather, provided the cancellation is made on the day itself or up to one hour prior.Please be advised that in the event of a no-show, 100% of the lesson fee will be charged regardless of the reason. Requests Regarding Cancellations: Our school begins securing your scheduled time slot upon receiving your booking. Therefore, we kindly request that cancellations be avoided unless absolutely unavoidable, such as due to illness or emergency. Depending on the day, there may be individuals on the waiting list. Should your circumstances change, we would be grateful if you could contact us as soon as possible.
