The following cancellation fees apply, calculated from the lesson date: * 3 days prior to the reservation: 25% of the lesson fee * 2 days prior to the reservation: 50% of the lesson fee * 1 day prior to the reservation: 75% of the lesson fee * On the day of the reservation: 100% of the lesson fee However, cancellations due to inclement weather, agreed upon by both parties, will not incur a cancellation fee up to the day of the lesson or 2 hours prior to the lesson. Please note that in the case of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the lesson fee will be charged regardless of the reason. Requests regarding cancellations At our school, we begin securing your lesson date as soon as you make a reservation. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from canceling except for unavoidable circumstances such as illness or emergencies. Also, on some days, there are people on the waiting list. If your plans change, please feel free to contact us as soon as possible.
